Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu said he is willing to restart ceasefire talks with Hamas in exchange for the remaining hostages being released. This comes as Israel launched a ground offensive to take control of Gaza City, calling up 60,000 additional reservists. Protests erupted over news of the most recent offensive, with many hostage families saying this only endangered those still left in Gaza.
