A teenage boy has appeared in court charged with the murder of a 15-year-old in Glasgow.

On Sunday, a 16-year-old boy was arrested and charged in connection with Amen’s death.

The suspect appeared before Glasgow Sheriff Court on Monday, where he made no plea to the single charge of murder.

The boy, who cannot be identified due to legal reasons, was remanded in custody and is expected back in the dock within the next eight days.

The teenager is the third suspect to be arrested and charged in connection with the case.

Two other Glasgow boys, aged 14 and 15, appeared before the same court earlier this month.

The 14-year-old was charged with murder, while both were accused of assault and carrying an offensive weapon in a public place.

The teenagers made no plea to the charges.
