Israel’s foreign minister, Gideon Saar, reacted to the fatal shooting of two Israeli embassy aides at a museum in Washington, D.C., saying that the attack was the result of antisemitic incitement, particularly across Europe. Saar said international anti-Israeli sentiment is “modern blood libel” and “paves the way” for attacks like the one at the Capital Jewish Museum.
